About Karla

Investing in people is the most powerful lever any organization has.

I've spent over 15 years working inside the nonprofit and philanthropic sector — across grantmaking, leadership, culture, and people development. What those years taught me is simple: investing in people is the most powerful lever any organization has. Coaching is where that belief becomes action.

I'm a certified executive coach through Rice University's Doerr Institute for New Leaders, a bicultural leader born in Caracas, Venezuela, and I live in Houston, TX with my husband and two kids.
